About Us

Empowering Africa’s Youth for a Global Green Future

Who We Are
Reskillion Africa is an internationally supported, youth-led initiative dedicated to equipping marginalized and unemployed youth across Africa with practical green skills for employment, entrepreneurship, climate resilience, and global mobility. We focus on building the next generation of innovators, workforce leaders, and green entrepreneurs through high-impact training programs, microenterprise support, and pathways to global job placement and visa-sponsored opportunities.

We believe that empowering young people with relevant, future-oriented skills not only transforms lives—but also drives sustainable development, economic inclusion, and environmental impact across the continent.

Our Origin Story
Reskillion Africa was founded on a transformative vision: to unlock the potential of Africa’s youth by linking skills training with global opportunities. The idea emerged from David Khan—a Kenyan educator and automotive trainer—who, through years of working in underserved regions, saw the critical gap between youth talent and access to meaningful training, funding, and employment.

What began as grassroots community outreach evolved into a continent-wide movement. David collaborated with global partners in education, entrepreneurship, and sustainability to create a scalable model of green skills training, international investment, and mobility support.

Today, Reskillion Africa stands as a pan-African, globally backed platform — providing tools, microgrants, and pathways to green jobs in Africa and beyond. From local solar entrepreneurs in Eldoret to visa-sponsored solar technicians in Canada and the UK, our model proves that youth can rise—when given the right skills, support, and global connections.
