Target Groups

Reskillion Africa serves a dual-impact audience:

1. Youth Beneficiaries (Primary Focus)

We empower marginalized African youth, especially:

• Unemployed and underemployed youth aged 18–35

• Youth from low-income rural and urban informal settlements

• Young women, single mothers, and vulnerable girls

• Youth affected by conflict, displacement, or climate shocks

• School leavers and TVET graduates with limited employment access

Selection prioritizes youth who are highly motivated, community-oriented, and interested in green economy opportunities, regardless of formal academic qualifications.

2. Impact Investors & Aspiring Entrepreneurs (Secondary Focus)

We actively target investors and early-stage entrepreneurs across Africa and the diaspora who:

• Possess startup capital or seed funds ($500–$5,000+)

• Are interested in launching green and socially impactful ventures

• Seek co-funding, mentorship, or visibility for their businesses

• Want to scale operations while creating jobs for trained youth

• Intend to collaborate on community-based climate resilience projects

Investors are invited to join our Youth Enterprise Accelerator Program or contribute to our blended funding model as mentors, partners, or funders.

Our Impact Model

Our 20-day, skill-based training system uses the Train – Equip – Transform – Globalize – Invest model:

Train

Each cohort of 20 youth undergoes a 20-day hands-on curriculum in 20 green skill areas, including:

• Solar and renewable energy

• Waste management and recycling

• Climate-smart agriculture

• Green construction

• Eco-tourism and digital sustainability jobs

Equip

Graduates receive:

• Toolkits, startup ideas, and field mentorship

• Business model training and community project guidance

• Digital profiles and job readiness for local and international roles

Transform

We aim to break poverty cycles by:

• Launching youth-led green enterprises

• Creating jobs within underserved communities

• Advancing locally driven climate action

Globalize

Top-performing graduates are shortlisted for:

• Visa sponsorship and international job placements in the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada

• Global mobility support, including CV development, interview coaching, and employer matching

• Access to remote work platforms for the green and digital economy

Invest

Entrepreneurs and investors benefit from:

• Enterprise incubation support for scalable, job-creating projects

• Access to microloans and co-funding pools via our investor match system

• Advisory services and digital investor dashboards for real-time fund and impact tracking

• Recognition as founding partners in our sustainability movement across Africa

Projected Impact – Year One

• 200+ youth trained across counties and regions

• 60% female participation per cohort

• 75% of graduates placed in jobs, internships, or micro-enterprises

• 10% of trainees placed in international jobs via visa-sponsored programs

• 40+ community projects launched (solar kiosks, waste-to-energy, eco-agriculture)

• 30+ youth entrepreneurs connected to impact investors

• $100,000+ in collective seed investment deployed to youth-led businesses

Our 2030 Vision

By 2030, Reskillion Africa seeks to:

• Train 10,000 youth across Africa in green and sustainable skills

• Launch and scale 1,000 youth-led climate-smart enterprises

• Connect at least 1,500 graduates to global job opportunities through visa sponsorship

• Mobilize $10M in impact investment from global and local funders

• Build an ecosystem of green entrepreneurs, skilled workers, and impact investors transforming the continent from the grassroots up.
