Target Group & Impact – Reskillion Africa

Target Groups

Reskillion Africa serves a dual-impact audience focused on empowering African youth and engaging strategic investors:

1. Primary Target: Youth Beneficiaries

We are dedicated to uplifting marginalized youth across Africa, specifically:

Unemployed and underemployed individuals aged 18–35
Young people from low-income rural areas and informal urban settlements
Young women, single mothers, and girls facing socio-economic vulnerability
Youth affected by displacement, conflict, and climate-related disruptions
School leavers and Technical/Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates with limited employment access

Our selection criteria prioritize:

Motivation and leadership potential
Commitment to community transformation
Interest in green economy opportunities — regardless of academic background

2. Secondary Target: Impact Investors & Emerging Entrepreneurs

We also engage with African-based and diaspora investors and early-stage entrepreneurs who:

Possess startup capital or seed funding (typically $500–$5,000+)
Seek to launch or scale socially responsible green ventures
Are looking for mentorship, co-funding, or visibility platforms
Want to partner in job creation by absorbing skilled youth
Aim to support climate resilience at the community level

These stakeholders are invited to participate in our Youth Enterprise Accelerator, support our blended funding model, or serve as mentors and strategic partners.

Each cohort (20 youth) undergoes a 20-day, intensive hands-on training covering 20 green skill areas, such as:

Waste management and circular economy practices
Climate-smart agriculture
Green building and construction
Eco-tourism and digital sustainability careers

Graduates receive:

Professional toolkits and business starter packs
Business model development and real-world project coaching
Digital profiles and readiness for employment—locally and globally

Top-performing graduates are eligible for:

Visa-sponsored international placements in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia
