Experienced trainers or professionals in any of our 20 green skills areas
Educators, TVET instructors, or hands-on technical experts
Climate activists, social entrepreneurs, or development workers
University students and graduates looking to volunteer in meaningful ways
Community leaders, counselors, or mentors who want to guide youth
Passionate about giving back, sharing knowledge, and empowering others
Ways You Can Get Involved
Mentor a Trainee: Guide one or more young people throughout the training and beyond.
Train a Cohort: Facilitate sessions (virtual or in-person) on any of our green skills courses.
Volunteer at Events: Support bootcamps, exhibitions, tree planting, and community projects.
Host a Training Site: Offer your venue or workshop for use during our 20-day cycles.
Support Online: Share our work, help with digital tools, or contribute to content creation.

1. Cohort 4 Launch – Kampala, Uganda
Date: December 10–30, 2025
Location: Nakawa Vocational Training Institute – Solar & Farming Labs
Open Positions (minimum 25 slots):
Event Coordinators (5) – Oversee scheduling & session flow.
Registration & Admissions Officers (4) – Manage participant check-in.
Solar Lab Assistants (4) – Support trainers in practical installations.
Farming Demonstration Assistants (4) – Set up demo plots & activities.
Logistics & Transport Officers (3) – Manage movement of tools & participants.
Media & Communications Officers (3) – Document event, social media updates.
Gender & Inclusion Support Officer (2) – Ensure 60% women target is achieved.
2. Youth Green Innovation Bootcamp – Kigali, Rwanda
Date: December 3–7, 2025
Venue: Green Growth Hub – Nyabugogo
Open Positions (minimum 20 slots):
Innovation Mentors (5) – Guide participants on eco-enterprise models.
Workshop Facilitators (5) – Lead breakout sessions on waste upcycling, irrigation, and solar repair.
Logistics & Materials Support (4) – Ensure tools, prototypes & resources are available.
Documentation & Media Team (3) – Capture success stories & visuals.
Community Engagement Assistants (3) – Link artisans with local stakeholders.
3. Water & Energy for Rural Schools – Arusha, Tanzania
Date: December 20, 2025
Location: Mount Meru High School Grounds
Open Positions (minimum 30 slots):
Technical Assistants (10) – Help with installation of solar-powered water pumps.
Eco-Club Mentors (8) – Train school eco-clubs in environmental practices.
Logistics & Supplies Team (5) – Manage transportation & equipment.
Student Engagement Officers (4) – Coordinate activities with 1,500 students.
Health, Safety & Welfare Officers (3) – Ensure safe installation & participation.
4. Youth4Climate Demo Day – Lusaka, Zambia
Date: November 30, 2025
Venue: UNZA Business Incubation Hub
Open Positions (minimum 20 slots):
Pitching Coaches (5) – Train youth on presenting green tech ideas.
Event Moderators (3) – Facilitate panel discussions & Q&A sessions.
Exhibition Support Staff (5) – Help set up and manage demo booths.
Media & PR Officers (3) – Handle press coverage, photography & live updates.
Alumni Network Liaison (2) – Connect participants with mentors & alumni.
Logistics & Venue Setup Team (2) – Prepare halls and resources.
