2. PROGRAM PURPOSE

The program is designed to identify and support high-potential entrepreneurs, innovators and enterprises through a structured ecosystem of:

Participating ventures may receive opportunities to present their businesses, innovations or projects to relevant stakeholders and gain access to networks that can support enterprise development.

Participation does not constitute a guarantee of investment, grant funding, financing, procurement, partnership or commercial success. Funding and investment decisions remain subject to the independent assessment, eligibility requirements, due-diligence procedures and investment criteria of the relevant funder, investor or partner.

No participant should interpret participation, selection, exhibition, pitching or payment of a program fee as a promise or guarantee of financing.

The program follows a structured participation and assessment process:

Applicants submit their business, innovation or project information through the designated application channel.

Stage 2 — Eligibility Screening

Applications are reviewed against the relevant program requirements.

Stage 3 — Assessment

Eligible applications may be assessed based on criteria including:

Where appropriate, selected ventures may be introduced to potential investors, funders, strategic partners or other relevant institutions.

Stage 8 — Independent Due Diligence & Decision

Any investment, grant or financing decision is made independently by the relevant funding or investment institution.

Where third-party investors or funders are involved, their respective eligibility, compliance, due-diligence and investment requirements will apply.

11. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Applicants and participants are expected to:

3. Disclose material information relevant to their application.

4. Participate professionally in program activities.

5. Comply with applicable program rules and procedures.

6. Respect confidentiality and intellectual-property requirements.

7. Meet applicable deadlines.

8. Comply with the requirements of investors, funders and strategic partners where engagement occurs.

Submission of false, misleading, fraudulent or materially incomplete information may result in disqualification or termination of participation.
