To enable faster verification and processing, please provide:

Payment confirmations should be sent as soon as payment has been completed.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION & SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

Your service will be processed after payment has been verified and confirmed by the Reskillion Africa Finance Department.

Payment alone does not constitute confirmation of service commencement until the payment has been successfully verified against the applicable service request, quotation or invoice.

Once payment is confirmed, the relevant department will be notified to proceed with the agreed service.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTICE

All payments must be made only through the official Reskillion Africa payment channels communicated on our official platforms, invoices or authorized correspondence.

Reskillion Africa will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, personal accounts, unofficial numbers or third-party payment channels.

Before making payment, clients are encouraged to verify:

1. The service requested
2. The applicable service fee
3. The payment details
4. The service scope
5. Any applicable third-party charges

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable service agreement, quotation or invoice, professional service fees are non-refundable once payment has been received and the agreed service has commenced or resources have been committed to the engagement.

Clients are therefore advised to carefully review and confirm the service scope, applicable fee and relevant terms before making payment.

Where a specific service has its own cancellation or refund terms, those terms shall apply.

THIRD-PARTY & BANK CHARGES

All bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, transaction charges and currency conversion costs associated with making payment shall be borne by the client/sender unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The full amount payable to Reskillion Africa must be received after any applicable transaction or intermediary charges.

NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY OUTCOMES

Payment of a Reskillion Africa professional service fee does not constitute payment for an approval or guaranteed outcome.

Our fees cover the agreed professional administrative, documentation, communication, coordination and facilitation services.

Where the requested service involves a government agency, educational institution, regulator, company, professional body or any other third party, the final decision remains with that third party.

7. Scholarships

8. Contracts

11. Funding approvals
