Pan-African Mineral Exploration & Deal Facilitation
Reskillion Africa operates as the premier, continent-wide strategic ecosystem bridge connecting global capital with high-potential exploration and mining companies across Africa. Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, our centralized desk serves the entire African continent, managing cross-border transactions seamlessly from East Africa's leading financial hub.
Backed by our established legal partners specializing in international mining law, we eliminate cross-border friction. We structure ironclad multi-stage transaction frameworks, manage complex contract lifecycles, and provide rigorous escrow and financial administration to safeguard investor capital from initial prospecting to commercial extraction.
We do not sell or guarantee funding; our mission is to build highly secure, auditable, and legally protected pathways that make African mining ventures completely bankable for global investors.
Investment Threshold & Engagement Criteria
To maintain the highest institutional standards and ensure operational excellence across complex, large-scale mining operations, our desk operates under strict transaction limits:
Minimum Deal Size: $5,000,000 USD ($5 Million) per project or investment mandate.
Target Projects: Mid-to-large-scale asset acquisition, advanced exploration stages, greenfield prospecting, and brownfield expansion projects across all 54 African nations.
Specializing in Africa’s Top 10 High-Value Mineral Commodities
We facilitate asset sourcing, investor-operator matchmaking, and multi-stage deployment strategies across the continent's top 10 mineral commodities by multi-billion dollar market value:
1. Gold: Structuring drilling and development contracts in major output hubs including Ghana, South South Africa, Mali, and Tanzania.
2. Copper: Facilitating asset development in the world-class Central African Copperbelt spanning the DRC and Zambia.
3. Platinum Group Metals (PGMs): Managing multi-stage financing frameworks for Platinum, Rhodium, and Palladium operations in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
4. Diamonds (Gem & Industrial): Administering joint-venture models and lifecycle milestones in premier diamond-producing states like Botswana, Angola, and the DRC.
5. Cobalt: Protecting strategic clean-energy capital flows targeting the world’s largest cobalt reserves in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
6. Lithium: Accelerating investment readiness for emerging critical battery-metal deposits in Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Nigeria.
7. Iron Ore: Engineering large-scale infrastructure-linked extraction and logistics agreements across Guinea and South Africa.
8. Bauxite (Aluminum): Securing multi-stage supply chain and refining investments heavily concentrated in Guinea’s massive global reserves.
9. Manganese: Facilitating capital injection into industrial-scale ferroalloy extraction hubs within South Africa and Gabon.
10. Uranium: Administering nuclear-energy infrastructure and exploration funding pathways across Namibia and Niger.
1. Deal Facilitation & Asset Sourcing
Leveraging our pan-African reach from our Nairobi headquarters, we identify and vet operational mining projects and concession holders.
Asset Sourcing: Pinpointing verified exploration licenses and active projects valued at $5 Million USD or above.
Investment Readiness: Collaborating with operators to upgrade technical geological reports and concessions to institutional investor standards.
Strategic Introduction: Aligning global sovereign wealth, private equity, and institutional capital with qualified local concession holders.
2. Legally Anchored Multi-Stage Contract Administration
African mining projects advance through strict geological phases. Together with our established legal partners, we isolate risk by executing stage-gated legal frameworks.
Phase-Based Frameworks: Drafting and executing specialized agreements for Prospecting, Advanced Drilling, Bankable Feasibility Studies (BFS), and Commercial Production.
Independent Milestone Audits: Verifying that field results (e.g., core drilling densities, certified assay reports) are fully achieved before subsequent tranches of capital are legally unlocked.
Cross-Border Regulatory Compliance: Seamlessly navigating local mineral rights laws, local content requirements, and international compliance mandates.
3. Institutional Fund & Escrow Administration
We function as a trusted third-party administrator, guaranteeing that investor capital is deployed strictly for verified on-site exploration and development costs.
Tranche-Based Disbursements: Releasing managed capital directly to mining companies strictly matching pre-agreed contract stages.
Operational Expense Auditing: Monitoring ongoing asset allocations toward machinery leasing, field labor, camp logistics, and drilling contractors.
Audit-Ready Reporting: Supplying investors with transparent financial reconciliations, expenditure tracking, and comprehensive transaction summaries.
The Structured Investment Pathway
Our operational framework moves systematically through four distinct phases to secure the transaction lifecycle:
Phase 1: Origin & Matchmaking – We execute concession technical vetting and investor onboarding, culminating in a binding MOU drafting while validating the minimum $5 Million threshold.
Phase 2: Exploration Stage – We activate the escrow framework and deploy tracking metrics for mapping, geological testing, and initial target drilling.
Phase 3: Evaluation Stage – We oversee contract renewal frameworks and handle fund administration for intensive resource modeling and formal feasibility studies.
Phase 4: Production Stage – Our desk and legal partners manage the final execution of joint-venture structures and take over long-term commercial cash-flow administration.
Our Fee Structure & Engagement Terms
Reskillion Africa operates on a transparent, milestone-driven fee framework to maintain perfect operational alignment with global investors:
Administrative Facilitation Fee: Applied as a structured percentage of the total transaction volume or contract value successfully closed between the capital provider and the mining operator (minimum $5M deal size).
Contract Framework Fee: A fixed, tier-based administration charge levied upon the legal initialization and successful sign-off of each project milestone stage.
Fund Management & Escrow Fee: An ongoing percentage fee calculated based on the volume of capital actively held, monitored, and disbursed on behalf of the investor.
Important Notice: All administrative and legal facilitation fees are non-refundable once exploration contract frameworks are fully executed and capital management accounts are legally finalized.
